He started RedExecs over 9 years ago, with the strong desire to provide his client’s with an unparalleled level of service across all areas of the business and to build a strong partnership with his clients. He takes a very personal approach, working daily with his clients and candidates to ensure they receive the very best support and advice throughout the entire engagement.
He created RedExecs to bring a fresh, friendly, professional team together to deliver a new concept in Search and Talent Management. Shaun has earned the respect of many industry leaders and has become a trusted advisor to many large corporations. His personal area of expertise lies in the field of Process Excellence and Continuous Improvement. He has engaged with senior level executives within his extensive professional network to form a unique Business Improvement practice. Gail Marie
Gail specialises in head hunting C level executives, managing the client experience and candidate satisfaction. Gail worked as global client director for large IT corporations for many years, before moving to a government trading fund, to manage and enable the transition of their clients to a digital platform. She joined RedExecs almost 10 years ago to manage senior level appointments.
